Made with a minimum of 48% cocoa solids, the recipe incorporates fat-reduced almond flour and hazelnut paste to achieve a creamy texture without the use of dairy. The cocoa used is 100% certified sustainable and sourced through long-term partnerships.
The product is suitable for both vegetarians and vegans, carrying the V-Label from the European Vegetarian Union. It is flavoured with ground vanilla beans and uses soya lecithins as an emulsifier.
