Preparation and Usage: To set the timer to the current time, rotate the black ring clockwise until the black pointer on the timer is aligned with time on the ring that corresponds to the current time. Each mark equates to 15 minutes. The timer has an accuracy of +/- 6 minute per 24 hour. To set the operating time of the timer, press down the black segments corresponding to the required time interval. Each segment equates to a 15-minute interval and up to 96 individual on/off settings can be made during a 24-hour period. Plug the timer into the socket and switch on the socket. Slide the white switch on the side of the timer to the position. The timer is now active. Plug in and switch on the required appliance. When the current time on the timer reaches the depressed black segments, the appliance will activate. When the current time on the timer reaches the next raised black segment, the appliance will switch off. To bypass the timer settings (and activate the socket), move the switch to the position. To reset the timer intervals, lift up the black segments and follow the steps above to reset.
