Rich Scottish mature cheddar cheese sauce with pulled smoked ham hock
Oven cook - From Chilled : The following are guidelines only. Some appliances may vary. Remove outer packaging before cooking. Preheat oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas mark 5. Remove film lid. Place tray on a baking sheet and cook in the centre of the oven for approx. 25 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute and gently stir before serving. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving.
Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 2 days and by the use by date. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always by the use by date. Once frozen, use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before use. Do not defrost in microwave. Use within 24 hours of defrosting. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
