Preparation and Usage: You Will Need - 300g Diced Chicken Thigh Fillet, 1 Cup Mixed Vegetables (Brown Onion, Red Bell Pepper, Green Bell Pepper), 2 tbsp Canola or Vegetable Oil, 2 Cups Jasmine Rice. Cooking Instructions: 1 Coat: Mix Garlic & Ginger Paste through diced chicken pieces and set aside. 2 Sear: Flash fry Dried Onion & Garlic Mix in hot and well-oiled medium saucepan for 5 seconds. Add marinated chicken and cook until sealed, then add vegetables and stir-fry with chicken for 1 minute. 3 Simmer: Add Malaysian Peanut Satay Sauce, mix well and reduce heat to low. Simmer until chicken and vegetables are fully cooked and tender (approx. 20 minutes). Serve with steamed Jasmine Rice. Chef's Tip: For a delicious alternative, marinate chicken in Ginger & Garlic Paste and Satay Sauce for 1-2 hours. Thread on skewers, then BBQ.
