Recipes: All you need: 4 tbsp./60g butter, 250g boneless chicken, cut into medium pieces, Entire packet of Suhana Chicken Tikka Masala Mix (80g), 2 1/2 cups/500ml water. Cooking time: 25 minutes Serves: 4 Dish category: Main Course. How to prepare: Stove method: 1 Heat 3 tbsp butter in a pan and sauté chicken for 12-15 minutes. Keep aside. 2 Add suhana chicken tikka masala mix and water in another pan and cook for 10 minutes. 3 Add sautéed chicken and cook for 1 - 2 minutes or till gravy thickens. Garnish with remaining butter. Serve piping hot with rice or Indian bread such as paratha or naan. For a more exotic version, add grilled chicken tikkas to the curry instead of sautéed chicken.
