Preparation and Usage: Recipe suggestion: Chowmein Hakka noodles. How to prepare: Boil 15 cups / 3 litres of water with 2 tbsp of oil, salt as per taste. Add 300g Hakka noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes till noodles are more than half done. Drain the water and spread noodles on a flat surface. Toss with 1 tbsp of oil to prevent sticking and keep it aside. Heat 3 tbsp of oil, add 400g vegetables sliced lengthwise (cabbage, carrot, capsicum, onion) and stir fry for 2-3 minutes till done. Add above noodles, Suhana Chowmein Hakka Noodles Indo-Chinese Mix, mix well and stir fry with veggies for 3-4 minutes. Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot. Chef's tip: You can also make chicken Hakka noodles by using chicken along with veggies.
