Recipes: Gobi Manchurian: Cooking time: 10 minutes, Serves: 4, Dish category: Starters. All you need: 100g Cauliflower, cut into florets, 1 medium / 50g capsicum, cut into cubes, 15-20 garlic cloves, finely chopped, Entire packet of Suhana Coating Ready Mix (50g), Entire packet of Suhana Seasoning Ready Mix (30g), 2 tsp tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp oil, 1 cup / 200 ml water, oil for frying. for garnishing: 1 tbsp chopped Spring onion leaves. How to prepare: 1. Make a batter of Suhana Coating Ready Mix with 1/4 cup /50 ml water. Coat cauliflower florets with this batter. Deep fry and keep it aside. 2. Make a paste of Suhana Seasoning Ready Mix with 1/2 cup/100 ml water. 3. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, capsicum and stir fry for a minute. 4. Add remaining water, Suhana Seasoning Ready Mix paste and cook for 1-2 minutes. 5. Add tomato ketchup and fried cauliflower, stir for a minute and serve hot. Garnish with Spring onion and serve hot.
