Product Uses
Start with a clean dry face. Before you start dermaplaning you should first clean your skin from any residues such as make up and dirt. Its best to use warm water and your favourite skin-friendly facial cleanser as this will open the pores of your skin. Gently pat your skin dry with a towel. Use the dispenser to attached and remove blades. Become familiar with the tool and make sure it lays comfortably in your hand. Note smooth insensitive areas the forehead for example are a good starting point for familiarising yourself with dermaplaning. Let's Dermaplan! Hold the blade at a 45 deg angle and glide downward on skin using short feathery strokes while using your free hand to keep skin taut. Always work from the top down. Prevent skin irritation by not going over the same area multiple times. Clean blade as needed by wiping it on a cloth to remove debris. Avoid nose eye area and skin irregularities such as moles. Do not use on active acne rosacea and eczema. When finished wash you face with cool water. This removes the last residues and ensures that the pores close again. When drying off afterwards dab don't rub! Treat your skin with moisturising cream to further enhance the glow effect. After dermaplaning the skin can absorb skin care products particularly well. U protection is also a must because your skin could react more sensitively to the sun in the first few days than before. Use Protective Cover on the blade after use. Replace blade after 1-3 uses.
