Tasting notes: This oil has a distinctive aroma with clear sensations of unripe vegetables, olive leaf, fresh walnut and a hint of tomato, typical of the Carolea cultivar. Delicate in the mouth it surprises for the balanced tones of sweet, bitter and spicy and for its pungent sensations of chili and black pepper that complement the bitter notes of chicory and rocket.
