The vineyards Terre Antiche, meaning 'Old Earth', were originally planted and owned by a Benedictine convent but was bought by La Giustiniana in 1625. Today, the winery is managed by Magda Pedrini who is focused on producing quality Gavis.

Tasting notes: This wine has an attractive lemon yellow colour. It is scented and delicate, with hints of lime zest on the nose, and a lovely zip and verve on the palate alongside a mineral finish.

Vinification details: The grapes were gently pressed, then fermented for two weeks in temperature-controlled, stainless-steel tanks at 16°C. Unoaked, the wine was bottled in the spring following the harvest.
