Recipes: Recipe Suggestion: You Will Need... 4 chicken breasts or 8 chicken thighs, 1 jar Jerk Paste, 1 tbsp oil. Delicious served with Caribbean style Rice & Peas. Method: 1. Slice 4 deep scores into the breasts of chicken or skin of chicken thighs. 2. Pour over the jar of paste and 1 tbsp oil, massage into the chicken. 3. For best results, cover and marinate in the fridge for 1 hour but ideally overnight. 4. Pre-heat the barbecue or set the oven grill to medium-high. 5. Grill/barbecue the chicken for 20 mins turning regularly or until juices run clear.
