Preparation and Usage: Stir Fry Green Curry: 100-150g of cubed chicken per person. Seal quickly in a wok or frying pan, with one tablespoons of oil. Pour over sauce, reduce heat and simmer until tender. Garnish with cashew nuts or a small salad of shredded spring onion, cucumber and bean sprouts. Serve with plain boiled rice.
