1. The Fresh Pasta Company Pesto Genovese: Serve your Egg Tagliolini with our vibrant Pesto Genovese sauce made with fresh basil, pine kernels, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and extra virgin olive oil. Toss the cooked pasta in the pesto sauce for a burst of fresh and herbal flavour.
2. Classic Carbonara: Toss your cooked Egg Tagliolini with a creamy carbonara sauce made with eggs, pancetta or bacon, Parmigiano cheese, and freshly cracked black pepper. The rich, velvety sauce coats each strand of pasta, creating a decadent and satisfying dish.

Storage Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened use within 2 days. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown, store in freezer for a maximum of 1 month and consume on day of defrosting. Packaged in protective atmosphere for freshness.
Preparation and Usage Cook from chilled or frozen: boil 1 litre of salted water per 100g of pasta in a large saucepan. Add 125g of pasta per person and simmer gently for 2-3 min. (3 min. from frozen). Drain, toss with melted butter or your favourite sauce and serve immediately. Sprinkle with Parmigiano cheese.
