Storage: Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened use within 2 days. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown, store in freezer for a maximum of 1 month and consume on day of defrosting. Packaged in protective atmosphere for freshness.
Preparation: Cook from chilled or frozen: boil 1 litre of salted water per 100g of pasta. Add 125g per person and simmer for 4 minutes (5 minutes from frozen). Drain and serve with butter and Parmigiano.
