Storage: Keep Frozen. Preparation and Usage: To use: Knead pastry adding a little water if necessary to make soft and pliable. Roll out between two sheets of baking parchment and use as required. Bake in a preheated oven to 200 C/400 F/Gas 6, or at the temperature required for your recipe. Top Tip: Leave pastry a little thicker than usual to retain a lighter texture.
