Cooking Guidelines: Pre-heat your oven to fan 180°C/ 200°C. Empty the contents of the pouch into a deep baking tray. Put the pork in the oven. After 15 minutes, carefully remove, turn the pork over and baste. Return to the oven and continue cooking for a further 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and gently shred the meat using two forks and mix evenly. Savour and enjoy!
