Tasting notes: Aromas of juniper, orange zest, and Earl Grey tea combine with citrus and cracked black pepper on the palate. Juniper, coriander, and angelica form its flavour cornerstones, while orris root, cassia bark, and liquorice add depth and warmth. The finish is long, zesty, and peppery.
Serving suggestions: The Lakes Classic English Gin & Tonic. Serve with plenty of ice and top with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic. Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit to complement the citrus botanicals in the gin.
