A Classic English Gin with vibrant notes of juniper, cracked black pepper, and orange peel, gently distilled in a traditional copper pot still using pure water from the Lake District's UNESCO World Heritage site for exceptional smoothness. Steeped like loose-leaf tea, the botanicals are allowed to freely infuse, releasing their essential oils slowly and preserving their delicate flavours. Using only a select few botanicals, we achieve flavour precision, ensuring every nuance is pitch perfect and crystal clear on the palate.

Tasting notes: Aromas of juniper, orange zest, and Earl Grey tea combine with citrus and cracked black pepper on the palate. Juniper, coriander, and angelica form its flavour cornerstones, while orris root, cassia bark, and liquorice add depth and warmth. The finish is long, zesty, and peppery.
