The Ostrich Fillet Steaks are pre-grilled to tenderise the fillet further for a melt-in-your-mouth eating experience. Ostrich meat is extremely lean and muscular, making it a healthy steak option with higher protein and lower saturated fat compared to ordinary meat.
Cooking instructions: Cook on a lower heat than ordinary steak and do not cook well done to avoid toughness. Better to go low and slow when cooking.
