Rendang is a national treasure normally served at special occasions as it takes hours to cook and create those characteristic deep, rich layers of flavours. Our rendang is so moreish; it is richly flavoured with spices, roasted coconut, browned shallots and balanced with tamarind.
This pack contains a pouch of spices and aromatics, a smaller pouch with our spice paste and a larger one with a coconut sauce.

A warming, deep and full-bodied dry curry, 3 Simple Steps, Chilli rating medium, No nasties, No Artificial Preservatives, Colourings or Flavourings!, Suitable for vegetarians.
Not suitable for microwave use. Three Simple Steps: Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan for 20 seconds, fry the spices, add your fresh ingredients and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, add the paste and cook for another minute. Stir in the coconut sauce and cook until the sauce has reduced.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 3 days.
