Cooking Guidelines - Shallow Fry: Medium heat 8 mins. Heat 1tbsp oil in pan and fry, turning frequently.
Cooking Guidelines - Oven: 200°C/180°C Fan, Gas mark 6/12 mins. Preheat oven. Toss in 1tsp oil and bake on tray, turning halfway through.
Storage: Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened place in airtight container, use within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing. Defrost fully before use, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. Do not refreeze.
