Cooking Guidelines Chop, cook, enjoy. Remove packaging and try it sliced or diced! Grill from chilled: 180°C, 8 mins. Preheat grill. Toss in 1tsp oil and grill on a tray over a single layer, turning halfway through. Shallow Fry from chilled: Medium heat 5 mins. Heat 1tbsp of oil in a pan and fry, turning halfway through.
Storage Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened place in an airtight container, use within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing. Defrost fully before use, keep refrigerated and use with 3 days. Do not refreeze.
