In 2018, we became the first to can wine in the UK, creating our Bubbly White using English Bacchus and Chardonnay. Our vineyard unfurls down a south-facing slope of the North Kent Downs, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Fresh and fruity, our bubbly white wine is a spring shower of green apple sherbet. Dry and fizzing with elderflower, citrus and freshly cut grass, this is not another glass of the usual.
