Cooking Guidelines: Air Fry - From Chilled: Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Spread evenly in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Grill - From Chilled: Pre-heat grill to medium heat. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Shallow Fry - From Chilled: Pan fry on a medium heat in 1 tsp of oil for 7-8 minutes, turning occasionally. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Remove all packaging before cooking. Ensure product is piping hot before consuming.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator), use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
