Noughty is a non-vintage, non-alcoholic wine made using 100% organic Chardonnay grapes grown in the sandy and calcareous vineyards located in La Mancha, southern Spain. It is produced using a traditional winemaking method in stainless steel vats. It is then dealcoholised by vacuum distillation with aroma recovery. The wine is then lightly carbonated.
