Storage: Keep refrigerated. For use by date: see label. Once opened use immediately. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and within the use by date. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before use and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze if defrosted.
Cooking guidelines: Preheat oven to 220°C/430°F/Gas 8. Remove chicken from fridge an hour before cooking. Place in roasting tray and season. Insert Pop-Up Timer according to instructions. Cook for 20 minutes before reducing oven temperature to 180°C/360°F/Gas 4, then cook for approximately 15 minutes per 500g. Allow to rest for 15 minutes after cooking.
