Preparation and Usage: Why not try a Tidal Ginger? 50ml The Tidal Rum, 15 ml fresh lime juice, lime. Fill a high ball or tumbler with ice. Pour over a measure of Tidal, top with quality ginger ale, add a squeeze of lime and stir briefly. Garnish with a lime wedge.
