Blend: 40% Brazilian Mogiana Arabica, 40% Colombian Arabica, 20% Honduran Arabica.
Preparation and Usage: Cafetière - 30g of coffee per 500ml of water, just off the boil 4 minute brew time. Espresso - 14g of coffee, 25 seconds extraction. V60 - 15g of coffee per 250ml of water, just off the boil 2.5 minute brew time.
