Blend: 70% Indian Washed Robusta, 10% Kenyan Arabica, 10% Brazilian Mogiana Arabica, 10% Ethiopian Dummah Arabica.
Preparation and Usage: Cafetière - 30g of coffee per 500ml of water, just off the boil 4minute brew time. Espresso - 14g of coffee, 25 seconds extraction. V60 - 15g of coffee per 250ml of water, just off the boil 2.5minute brew time.
