Preparation and Usage: Cafetière: 30g of coffee per 500ml of water, just off the boil 4 minute brew time. Espresso: 14g of coffee, 25 seconds extraction. V60: 15g of coffee per 250ml of water, just off the boil 2.5 minute brew time.
