Preparation and Usage: Allow 60g of rice per portion for which you will require 90ml of water. If you are making a large batch for every portion of rice you need 1.5 times the water in the pan. Let the water and rice come to a boil and then turn down the heat to a low simmer with the lid on. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turn off heat, let stand for 3 minutes and serve.
Cooking guidelines: Hob - From Ambient. This cooking method is a tried and tested suggestion for perfect Tilda Fragrant Jasmine Rice and serves four people. Take 2 bowls of rice, rinse well twice with cold water from the tap. Place in either a rice cooker or a pan. Add 2 1/2 bowls of cold water, cover with lid, switch on rice cooker or bring pan up to the boil and then reduce heat to simmer for a further 12 minutes.
