Preparation and Usage: For Roasting 1. Preheat oven to required temperature 2. Put a teaspoon of flour inside the bag. Place meat inside the bag and shake to coat the meat lightly with the flour 3. Allow sufficient air space around the meat and tie bag with a nylon tie provided 4. Make six slits across the top of the bag approximately 2.5 cms long
Cooking Guide: Poultry: 190°C, 375°F, Gas 5, 20mins per 500g + 20mins extra Lamb: 190°C, 375°F, Gas 5, 20mins per 500g + 20mins extra Beef: 200°C, 400°F, Gas 6, 25mins per 500g + 25mins extra Cooking time is longer for stuffed poultry/meat.
