Preparation and Usage: As our Tempeh is fermented, there can be some visible black patches that occur, which is simply a sign that the fermentation process is complete.
Cooking guidelines: Cooking Instructions - General. Remove all packaging. Chop, cook, enjoy! All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Ensure tempeh is piping hot before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200°C/180°C Fan Gas Mark 6/14 mins Pre-heat oven. Toss in 1 tbsp oil and bake on a tray, turning halfway through.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Medium heat 8 mins Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry, turning frequently.
