The Tom Dixon Press Vase creates stunning visual effects by refracting light through its prismatic glass. This British-designed vase is perfect for adding a modern touch to any room, but should be placed out of direct sunlight to prevent heat concentration.
Part of the Press range from Tom Dixon, this vase is made from heavyweight glass that's industrially pressed into an iron mould. It's perfectly engineered to create a kaleidoscopic light show as the rib-like middle refracts light through the glass. This simple addition of ribbing gives the traditional column shape a new and modern edge, creating the illusion of bent stems through the vase.
Like a magnifying glass, the glass used to make this vase is prismatic. This means it may concentrate direct light and heat up the surface beneath. As such we recommend finding a spot to display it which is out of direct sunlight.
