Our regular applicator tampons are naturally soft and absorbent. They are suitable for light to medium flow (6-9g).
For every applicator tampon sold, together with Plastic Bank, we will recover the equivalent weight in ocean plastic.

Preparation and Usage: Do not flush down the toilet. TOTM applicator tampons are available in 4 absorbencies: Light < 6g, Medium 6g - 9g, Super 9g - 12g, Super Plus 12g - 15g. It's a good tip to twist the two applicator tubes in opposite directions just to check the cardboard isn't stiff as this will make insertion easier.
What you should know about Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS): Using tampons has been associated with TSS - a rare but serious disease. Always use the lowest absorbency for your needs and change your tampon regularly every 4-8 hours. You can also alternate with use of a pad instead of a tampon at least once a day.
