Metal handles heat up when cooking so be careful when lifting pans and touching handles. Please use an oven glove, mitt or pot holder when handling hot pans.
Toughened Non-Stick Care: Read the appropriate instructions that will come with your item. Remove all packaging and labels. Wash the pan in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
Condition the interior non-stick cooking surface (not external). Rub a film of vegetable, rapeseed or sunflower oil with kitchen paper towel. Rinse with hot water and dry thoroughly. These oils are also best for cooking with.
Medium or low heat will provide the best results for cooking, including frying and searing.
Silicone tools or wooden/heat-resistant plastic tools are recommended.
For best results, use an appropriately sized ring for even cooking and to reduce risk of damage to product.
Never drag your product across a glass surface. Always lift to move to prevent damage.
Oven and grill safe up to 260°C, 220°C with a glass lid. Allow a minimum distance of 6.5cm when grilling.
Always use oven gloves when handling hot products.
Allow product to cool before cleaning. Clean with non-abrasive washing tools.
Freezer compatible and dishwasher safe, hand wash recommended.
