Our beef is sourced from British farmers that rear and take care of their livestock to the Red Tractor Assured Standard as a minimum. In spring and summer the beef cattle live outside fed on natural grass and enjoying the sunshine. In winter they live inside well ventilated barns, fed on nutritious grass mix diet which was grown in summer then specially wrapped to feed in winter plus a special treat of crushed barley grain. The cattle have the comfort of laying on deep straw bedding.
