Vinification details: Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes which are harvested by hand in 15 kg cases, picked in last week of March. They come from across the Uco Valley (60% Cordón del Plata, 30% Los Chacayes and 10% P. Altamira). Grapes are destemmed and crushed. 28 days of fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 26º. 48 has of maceration after fermentation. Natural malolactic fermentation. 100% is aged in 3rd use foudres for 12 months. Bottle storage for 12 months.
