Beechwood smoked & perfect for the barbecue. Frankfurters should always be this delicious! I always get a packet of these in my weekly shop and, since they are regularly on special offer for two packets, there is often a couple of them in my fridge. They are proper frankfurters, not at all like those soft flabby ones we used to get in tins when I was a child. They're great sliced up and warmed in a pulse-thick soup, or served whole with sauerkraut or cabbage and boiled potatoes, or simply dipped into mustard, or made into sandwiches, for a quick bite.
