Storage: Keep refrigerated, once open use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date. Freeze on the day of purchase & use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking & use the same day. Once defrosted do not re-freeze.
Preparation and Usage: Cook from chilled. Remove all packaging. Not suitable for microwave cooking. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Grill: Place under a preheated medium-hot grill for 6-8 minutes, turning regularly. Fry: Heat a little oil in the pan. Fry on a medium heat 4-6 mins, turning regularly. After cooking - ensure product is piping hot.
