Preparation and usage: Stir ready to spread icing, at room temperature, with a rounded knife. To ice: Spread or pipe onto cooled cake or cupcakes. To glaze: Spread a thin layer on the cake, microwave the remaining icing for 20 seconds at 800W, stir until smooth, and pour over the cake.
