Cooking guidelines: Cooking Instructions - General. All ovens vary - these are guidelines only. Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F, gas mark 4. Bake on a lightly greased baking tray for 13-15 minutes. Shallow Fry - From Frozen. Pre-heat a little oil in a pan, over low heat. Place the vegetarian meatballs in the pan and fry for 8 minutes over a low heat, turning occasionally.
