The fruit for this Pinot Noir is grown on our estate in the beautiful Casablanca Valley, where it ripens slowly, thanks to the gentle cooling influence of the Pacific Ocean. When it is ripe, we carefully pick and vinify the grapes, and then age the wine for 8 months in oak barrels, resulting in this fresh, delicate, and silky Pinot Noir.

Casablanca's cool climate conditions and proximity to the ocean deliver freshness and bright acidity, while the Maule grapes provide rich texture and volume.
