This wine was fermented in stainless steel in a reductive fashion to ensure the wines are bright and fresh. It is carefully crafted with a vegan and vegetarian friendly approach. No malolactic fermentation has taken place to preserve the natural freshness of the wine and deliver maximum crispness of flavour and finish.
