From Sustainable Fisheries. Ultra Omega-3 Fish Oil only comes from sustainable fisheries in highly regulated environments, using pure, wild fish varieties which are not endangered. Directions: Two Capsules Per Day with Your Main Meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Can be continued for as long as required.
