Chicken Stock: Water, Chicken Bone, Chicken Fat, Chicken Extract, Onion Juice, Sugar, Yeast Extract, Salt, Ginger Purée, Flavouring, Garlic, Onion, Modified Maize Starch, Ginger, Glucose Syrup. Sesame Seeds: Hulled Sesame Seeds (78%), Black Sesame Seeds (15%). Savoury Sauce: Soya Beans, Water, Sea Salt, Koji (Aspergillus Oryzae). Chilli Oil: Rapeseed Oil (92%), Natural Chilli Flavouring, Onions, Chilli (0.9%), Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Colour (Paprika Extract).

Shop: Chicken breasts 2, Seasonal greens 100g, Spring onion 1, Bamboo shoots (optional).
Cook: In a pan, heat a dash of oil and add your chicken breasts. Cover and turn to a low heat until the chicken is cooked through. Place the noodles in a saucepan and cover with boiling water. Simmer for 3-4 minutes to cook, then drain and divide between two bowls. In a separate bowl, measure 400ml of boiling water, add the chicken stock and stir. Pour this over the noodles. Once cooked, carve the chicken at a 45 degree angle, then fan out on top of the noodles. Drizzle with chilli oil, and garnish with seasonal greens, spring onions and sesame seed.
