Ingredients: Active Ingredient: 1g of ointment contain: 0.1ml of tincture from Australia (equivalent to 0.04g Arnica montana L. fresh whole plant)
Advisory Information: Do not apply to broken skin. Do not use if: You are allergic to any ingredients. You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Directions: Check the tube seal is not broken before first use. Pierce the seal with point in end of cap. For application to the skin. Adults the elderly and children: Apply sparingly to the affected area with gentle massage three to four times daily. Contusions: Apply a small amount immediately at the site of the injury. It is traditionally applied immediately at the site of the contusion (injury) to prevent the development of bruising.
