Great Taste one star 2023 - We have taken our own dry cured smoked bacon and created a spreadable, sweet and smoky bacon jam. Perfect for burgers, sandwiches or even toast! Try a little dollop on the side of your plate and you soon won't be reaching for the ketchup anymore! Smoked in small batches on our homestead in West Wales.
