Great Taste one star 2023 - Chorizo? In a Jam? Oh yes! We have taken the classic Spanish chorizo, smoked it and transformed it into a sweet sticky jam. Let me tell you once you've had this on pizza you won't look back! This is a tasty relish, so use like a chutney with cheese or in a sandwich, or jazz up pizzas, burgers and chicken dishes. You can even mix with yoghurt or mayo and use it as a dip. Smoked in small batches on our homestead in West Wales.
