Recipes: When in Rome Pinot Grigio - Hugo Cocktail. Pick the leaves from a sprig of mint and add to a wine glass. Add a generous dash of Elderflower cordial. Gently muddle together with a wooden spoon. Add 1 can of chilled When in Rome Pinot Grigio. Top with Soda water and a generous squeeze of fresh lime. Add ice and stir to combine. Garnish with a slice of lime and mint leaves. Enjoy with some Crostini or your favourite snack.
