Preparation and Usage: Make your super mince bolognese! Our Italian supermince cooks up just like meat or plant-based mince. 1. Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan and gently fry a chopped red onion for 2 minutes. 2. Add 180 g of Supermince and the full seasoning sachet, along with 500 ml of water. Stir well. 3. Add a 400 g tin of chopped tomatoes and any extra veg you fancy. Mix everything together. 4. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until most of the water is absorbed and the supermince is softened. Serve with pasta or try layering into lasagne! Approx cooking time: 30 minutes
